4 days/week + 1:3 weekend rotation (mostly text responses)

Salary:

$100,000•130,000/year (based on experience)

We are a dynamic, physician-led clinic in Tallahassee offering a unique opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner to work across primary care and aesthetics , with the option to expand into functional medicine . We’re looking for someone excited to grow with our practice and committed to delivering personalized, high-quality care.

What You’ll Do:

Train and perform aesthetic procedures , including Botox, dermal fillers , and PDO threads Deliver relationship-based primary care in a concierge-style model Optional expansion into functional medicine•we will pay for formal training if we decide it’s a mutual fit Collaborate in a supportive, team-based environment Shape a patient-first, low-volume clinic focused on wellness and outcomes

Compensation:

$100,000•$130,000 annually , depending on experience:

Qualifications:

Current FNP-C certification Proficient in patient assessment and care Knowledge of EHR systems Ability to work with diverse patient populations, including children and individuals with developmental disabilities Highly Competitive Applications will have: Experience with Botulinum Toxin (Botox) injections for cosmetic purposes Experience with dermal filler and PDO threads for cosmetic purposes Experience in evaluating patients for hormonal deficiencies and managing with hormones Experience evaluating patients for fatigue and low energy and managing with functional medicine
