A case management nurse isinstrumental in creating and implementing the treatment of patientsin healthcare settings. Case Managers often collaborate with othermedical professionals, such as doctors, to help ensure patients getthe medical care needed. The goal of a Case Management nurse is tokeep patients healthy and out of the hospital by treating atoptimal times.
