Full Job Description Location:

Metropolitan Blvd Area/Department:

Wound Care Center Hours per week: 40 F/T or P/T status: Full-time Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Job Summary:

Under general direction has authority, responsibility and accountability for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of wound care. Functions as a consultant and also provides direct patient care and education to selected patients.

Minimum Qualifications:

Registered Nurse in the State of Florida and Wound Care Certification from an acceptable Certification Board. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with wound care required. Basic Life Support Certification required. Must be able to navigate a software program with a keyboard and mouse.

Physical Qualifications:

Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
