RN or LPN – Home Healthcare in Bronson Florida Family Life Care Bronson, FL 32621 We are seeking dedicated and compassionate RNs or LPNs to provide one-on-one care for one of our patients in Bronson, Florida. This case is 8-to-12-hour shifts at the patient’s home. Weekdays and weekends are available. FLC works with you to build your work schedule around your needs. Week-end and evening differential is available. Travel allowance is available. As a nurse at Family Life care, you will play a vital role in managing the care of our patients by providing compassionate and professional care in the comfort of their own home. FLC is proud to serve our entire community from children to senior citizens. LPNs at FLC perform many duties in our patient’s homes such as, Performing medical care in the home as assigned by an RN – case manager. Helping the patients remain at home in a safe, comfortable and healthy environment by performing tasks such as administration of medication, feeding, and other care as needed per patient’s plan of care. Communicate any changes affecting the patient’s medical condition and needs with other team members and family members. Keeping records of all tasks performed and the patient’s overall health and behavioral status. Requirements Current Florida RN or LPN license Current CPR Certification Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance Current TB test with negative results Ability to pass a Level II background check
