Clinical QA Reviewer Primary responsibility is the clinical review of OASIS and non-OASIS documentation for all patients upon Start of Care (SOC), Recertification, Resumption of Care (ROC), Follow-Up, and Discharge (DC) and Plan of Care management. Responsible for providing education to clinicians as needed. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
