We are a busy, well-established plaintiff-side medical malpractice firm based in Southfield, MI. Our mission is to deliver justice for victims of medical negligence with integrity, compassion, and excellence. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Nurse Paralegal to join our growing team. This position is a remote position Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00

PM EST Position Overview:

As a Nurse Paralegal, you will play a critical role in evaluating and building strong medical malpractice cases. You’ll work closely with our attorneys, other nurse paralegals, and expert witnesses to ensure we are well-prepared to advocate for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze complex medical records to identify potential negligence and liability Conduct preliminary case evaluations to assess merit and viability Prepare detailed chronologies and summaries of medical care and treatment Research and interpret relevant medical literature Draft Notices of Intent Identify and coordinate communication with potential expert witnesses

Qualifications:

RN license with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training/experience Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High level of attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
