Qualifications

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!
Meets hospice licensure requirements in the state for any of the following disciplines:
Social Worker - Masters Degree required, 1+ yr experience required
Registered Nurse - Associates degree, preferred, Registered Nurse license required in state(s) practicing
LVN - Associates degree, preferred, Current and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse license in state(s) license(s) where practicing required
Chaplain - Bachelor’s Degree from a Council for Higher Education accredited college, university or divinity school is required, Ordained, credentialed, or commissioned according to the practices of a legitimate and recognized religious organization/faith tradition, A minimum of one Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) unit
Required Certifications and Licensures:
Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations Come As You Are
