Requirements:

Florida RN or LPN license AHCA level 2 fingerprinting Physical within past six (6) months Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator experience required (if you have 2 of these we are willing to train the remaining) Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, preferred. Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills Licensed driver with proof of automobile insurance Ability to work on weekends, nights and holidays Reliable transportation Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
