CVICU experience of taking fresh hearts, TAVR, MitraClips True CVICU patients Able to manage ECMO patients Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Able to manage post-op day 1 fresh heart patients List typical procedures performed on unit(s): ACB, AVR, MVR, TVR, TAVR, ECMO, Impella, IABP Best personality
