Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to Stepdown patients, monitoring their condition and reporting changes to the medical team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Document patient care and progress accurately and timely.
Requirements:
Active RN license.
Minimum of 2 years of recent Progressive Care or Intermediate Care experience.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
