Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to Stepdown patients, monitoring their condition and reporting changes to the medical team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document patient care and progress accurately and timely.
Requirements:
Active RN license. Minimum of 2 years of recent Progressive Care or Intermediate Care experience. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
