GTV (G-tube, Trach, Vent Dependent) We are urgently seeking experienced and compassionate clinicians for a high-acuity pediatric case located in Fort Walton Beach . This is a 24/7 urgent need covering Friday through Monday . This is not your typical case. The client is dependent on G-tube, trach, and vent support. Experience with all three is strongly preferred. ✅

What You’ll Be Walking Into:

Supportive, upbeat home environment with both parents, two older siblings, and a friendly Goldendoodle Active, outdoorsy family that values consistency and trust with their care team Clinician will be a critical part of the family’s care ecosystem

Ideal Candidate:

Must have trach, vent, and G-tube experience Must be reliable, communicative, and able to work autonomously Pediatric home health experience strongly preferred Ready to commit to a consistent weekend schedule
