Part-Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00

PM Pay Rate:

$35.00 per hour Join our compassionate and dedicated team! We are currently seeking a Part-Time Wound Care Nurse (RN) who is passionate about delivering exceptional wound management and patient-centered care in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include:

Assess, manage, and treat a variety of wounds including pressure injuries, surgical wounds, burns, ostomies, and traumatic injuries Monitor and mitigate risk factors for pressure ulcers and secondary infections Perform routine skin assessments and document findings accurately Provide wound care treatments as ordered and educate residents/families on care plans Evaluate nutrition, caloric needs, and effectiveness of wound care products and devices Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address wound-related pain and implement effective treatment strategies

Requirements:

Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Florida Minimum of 2 years of RN experience Knowledge of long-term care nursing practices, federal/state regulations, and clinical protocols Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Why Join Us?
