Your Role as a CVOR RN As a CVOR RN , you’ll provide exceptional care to patients undergoing open-heart and cardiovascular surgeries. Here’s what you’ll do:

Patient Care:

Assist surgeons and the surgical team during complex cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage specialized equipment during surgeries.

Operating Room Expertise:

Prepare and maintain sterile fields, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols. Collaborate with the surgical team to anticipate needs and streamline procedures.

On-Call Responsibilities:

Be available for on-call shifts (once a week and one weekend a month) to support emergency cases as needed.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless, high-quality care. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient-centered care.

What We Offer Competitive Pay:

$31.84•46.26/hour, based on years of experience.

On-Call Pay:

$4/hour for on-call shifts.

Shift Differentials:

$4.50/hour for night shifts. $1.50/hour weekend differential. $1.50/hour for holding a national certification (e.g., CNOR).

Sign-On Bonus:

Up to $15,000.

Relocation Assistance:

Who We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Experience:

At least 1 year of CVOR RN experience in an acute care environment required.

Education:

BSN preferred; ADN considered with relevant experience.

Certifications:

Current Florida RN license (or ability to obtain one). Compact license holders must apply for a Florida RN license. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA Healthcare Provider) required. CNOR certification preferred.

Skills:

Strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
