Overview:
We are lookingfor a Nurse Preceptor to join our team. This position reports tothe AVPO and is responsible for providing high interaction withpatients as well as new hire clinicians during hospice visits. Facilitates the learning experience to allow preceptees toperform competently in their required responsibilities. This isachieved through mentoring, coaching, and role modeling correctbehaviors. Performs patient home visits in accordance with physicians’orders. Orients new nurses (preceptees) which includes hospice clinicalpolicies and procedures, documentation, technology, compliance andregulatory requirements
About You:
Current CPR certification Minimum 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting Diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Unencumbered RN license in work state assigned
