Summary We are seeking a Triage Nurse to join our dynamic team at Cardiac Clinic. In this role, you will be responsible for answering patient phone calls, assessing patient needs and providing timely care in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring high-quality patient experiences and outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct initial patient assessments over the phone and triage based on urgency of care. Provide education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes. Requirements At least 3 years of experience with cardiac patients Experience in urgent care or outpatient settings preferred. Strong skills in patient assessment Knowledge of cardiology (medications, treatments, procedures, etc.) Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
