Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state in which practicing. Two years of nursing experience preferred Prior or current Home Health Care background is a plus. Ability to exercise imitative and independent judgement.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
