Real Infusions is a rapidly expanding outpatient infusion center specializing in biologic therapies , delivered in a state-of-the-art, patient-focused environment . We are currently hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Boca Raton location . To be considered, you must currently work at an infusion center or in the biologic infusion wing of a hospital , with hands-on experience mixing and administering biologic medication infusions .

Responsibilities:

As an Infusion Nurse Practitioner with us, you will play a vital role in administering infusion therapy to patients dealing with chronic diseases and acute medical conditions.

Key responsibilities include:

As an Infusion RN at Real Infusions, you will: Mix and administer biologic IV infusions following clinical protocols Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment to ensure safety and comfort Accurately document all treatment details in the EMR Educate patients about their medications, treatment process, and follow-up care Maintain strict inventory control of biologics and supplies Uphold infection control standards and ensure a clean, safe work environment Collaborate with the NP, administrative team, and patients to deliver outstanding care

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Florida Current employment at an infusion center or hospital biologic infusion department Hands-on experience mixing and administering biologic infusions At least 1 year of biologic infusion experience Strong IV insertion and medication handling skills Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
