Local Contract Up to $20,000 Sign-On bonus forexperienced Registered Nurse / RN Position Summary The RN provideshigh quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing care to allpatients utilizing the nursing process. The RN assumesresponsibility for overall coordination and integration of patientcare based on need of the patient and family members. The RNdirects care according to established standards of safety, riskmanagement, Infection control, with the goal being to discharge thepatient with an optimum level of care provided. The RN utilizesevidence-based practice in accordance with professional standardsand adheres to the Florida State Nurse Practice Act. The RN reviewsorders/test results and documents care delivered accurately andtimely in the electronic health record. EDUCATION

Minimum:

Graduate of an accredited

RNprogram Preferred:

BSN EXPERIENCE

Minimum:

One (1) year recentexperience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Preferred

REQUIREDCERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION

Registered Nurse•licensed in the State of Florida American Heart Association

BLS, PALS, & NRP
