The ideal candidate will have experience in various settings, including outpatient care and nursing homes, and possess strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality healthcare services, ensuring patient safety, and promoting wellness among diverse populations. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Provide direct patient care in outpatient settings, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities. Perform diagnostic evaluations and assist with procedures such as sonography and phlebotomy. Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options. Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately to emergencies. Maintain accurate medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Skills Strong knowledge of geriatric care principles and practices. Proficiency in performing dermal fillers and other cosmetic procedures is a plus. Experience in infectious disease care and primary care settings. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds. Strong critical thinking skills to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions.
