Pediatric Nurse for Home Health Care Agency – Florida True Kare Home Health Inc. Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410 As a Pediatric Nurse at TrueKare, you will be responsible for delivering professional nursing care to pediatric patients in their home environment. You will work closely with physicians, parents, and caregivers to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, detail-oriented, and possess a passion for working with children.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in their home setting. Administer prescribed treatments and medications. Monitor and document patient progress and condition. Qualifications:
