Description:

Serves as a liaison between the patient and health care team. Resolves patient needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies. Serves as a clinical resource for educational initiatives. Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological and spiritual support to patients and caregivers. Estimated pay range for this position is $32.10 – $41.73 / hour depending on experience.

Associates.

Licenses & Certifications:

Registered Nurse. Basic Life Support.

Additional Qualifications:

Bilingual preferred.

Minimum Required Experience:

1 year strongly preferred. BLS required. EOE, including disability/vets
