Key Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse, you will: Deliver nursing care per the client’s care plan, including comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations. Monitor clients’ conditions and coordinate health promotion, prevention, and direct care. Provide education, training, and support to clients and their families.

Job Requirements:

Hold an active Registered Nurse license in the state. Have at least one year of experience in home health care or a healthcare facility. Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines. Possess a solid understanding of professional nursing principles and home health documentation. Demonstrate organizational and time-management skills. Communicate effectively with nursing managers and colleagues to ensure high-quality care.

Physical and Job Conditions:

Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation. Ability to visit homes that may not be wheelchair accessible. Sufficient hearing, eyesight, and dexterity to perform physical assessments and demonstrate care techniques.
