Working alongside the Oncologist, the Radiation Oncology Advanced Practice Provider will deliver exceptional patient care, focusing on the management and treatment of cancer patients undergoing radiation therapy. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and managing treatment plans. The Radiation Oncology Advanced Practice Provider will also provide patient education, addressing concerns regarding treatment side effects and ensuring continuity of care throughout the radiation therapy process.
What’s Needed to

Succeed:

Master’s level degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
Licensed aș a Physician Assistant PA-C or Nurse Practitioner NP within the state or ability to obtain
Prior working experience in a Radiation Oncology setting
