Position Overview:

Weare seeking an experienced RN Director to oversee the Med-SurgDepartment in West Palm Beach, FL. As a leader, you will beresponsible for managing daily operations, driving quality care,improving patient satisfaction, and ensuring department efficiency.

This role requires a strong background in Med-Surg management,leadership, and operational excellence within an acute caresetting.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and manage the Med-Surg Department’s daily operations,including contract services. Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while meetingproductivity and fiscal goals. Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive continuousenhancement in patient satisfaction. Provide leadership and support to staff, ensuring performancealigns with hospital standards. Conduct regular patient and staff rounding to monitorexperiences and outcomes. Act as a liaison between patients, families, physicians, andthe healthcare team.

Qualifications:

Current Florida RN License or recognized CompactLicensure. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN). 5+ years of experience in Med-Surg management or leadership inan acute care setting. Current BLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications or ability to obtainwithin 30 days. Strong communication and leadership skills. Background check required.
