We treat health issues before they become more complex in the comfort of the patients’ homes. Our ideal candidate is a licensed RN with a minimum of one year of clinical experience, preferably in home health or a related field. We value strong communication skills, compassionate bedside manners, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Florida Nurses Home Health Agency Duties:

• Administer medications and treatments, provide wound care, IV Infusion, colostomy care, urinary catheter care, and other orders as prescribed by physicians
• Assist in discharge planning and provide patient education on post-discharge care
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Use electronic medical record systems such as Kinnser to document patient information accurately

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with experience working in Home Health
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
