Summary As a Weekend Supervisor/RN, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care during weekend shifts. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will utilize your core skills in management, IV insertion, and patient care to lead your team effectively. Your premium experience in critical care and long-term care will enhance the quality of services provided. Additionally, your relevant knowledge in EHR systems and health coaching will support our commitment to patient-centered care. Join us in making a significant impact on patient outcomes and team performance. Responsibilities Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities over the weekend shift. Ensure adherence to nursing protocols, including catheterization and IV insertion. Manage patient records using EHR systems and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. Provide basic life support and critical care as needed, while overseeing team performance. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and facilitate effective communication. Train and mentor new staff, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment. Qualifications Current RN License Proven management and supervisory experience in healthcare settings Proficient in catheterization, IV insertion, and basic life support Strong knowledge of patient care and physiology Familiarity with EHR systems, including Point Click Care Experience in short term rehab and long-term care. Ability to manage teams effectively and provide quality patient care Benefits offered:
