Nursing Full Job Description Position Overview :

We are seeking two compassionate and dedicated Home Health Nurses to provide care for an adult, quadriplegic patient on a ventilator in Pinellas Park, FL. The initial focus will be on weekend care, with the possibility of additional hours in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care (bathing/diapering)
• Administer medications accurately and on schedule
• Perform tube feedings and manage feeding equipment
• Record regular vitals and respond to emergencies
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare team to ensure optimal patient well-being

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN or RN license
• Experience in home health, ventilator care, and/or adult patient care preferred
• Strong clinical skills and compassionate bedside manner
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans diligently
• Must pass a Level 2 background check, if not in the Florida DOH system (paid for by patient’s family)

Schedule:

Two positions available (willing to split shifts if you can only work one day at a time): Saturday-Sunday 9am-9pm Day Shift Friday-Sunday 9pm-9am

Overnight Shift Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.

RN:

$28-30/hr

LPN:

$20-28/hr

Additional Information:

• This position requires reliable transportation and the ability to safely lift/maneuver a paralyzed patient using appropriate equipment (provided)
