Monday – Friday, 7a-7p We’re seeking to hire a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated in-home care for a 16-year-old client with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy, ventilator support, and seizure precautions. As a valued member of our pediatric care team, you will provide one-on-one nursing care in a supportive home environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the client’s medical and personal needs are met with professionalism and empathy. This position offers consistent full-time hours, a positive and family-centered atmosphere, and the opportunity to build a lasting and rewarding relationship with your patient.

Patient Needs:
Ventilator & trach care Ongoing support and monitoring
Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled nursing care per the established care plan
Perform and monitor tracheostomy care and ventilator management
Implement and adhere to seizure precautions, including timely interventions and documentation
Monitor respiratory status, neurological status, and overall well-being
Document all care accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with the family and healthcare team to provide consistent, high-quality care
Support the client with activities of daily living as appropriate
Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
Qualifications:
Current unencumbered LPN/RN license in the state of Florida
Minimum one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areas
In compliance with state and Federal regulations
CPR
Valid AHCA/ level two background screening
TB test showing a negative result
