We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to support our providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role focuses on clinical support, patient education, and care coordination in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist providers with patient appointments and follow-up care post-ER or hospital visits Screen patients for care opportunities and collaborate on care plans Deliver condition-specific education and anticipatory guidance Provide direct nursing care, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts ✅

Requirements:
