RN of Home Care Services Caring Hearts Residential Services Clearwater, FL 33760 • Hybrid work We’re expanding into Florida and looking for a passionate, Florida-licensed RN to lead our new home care agency! This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role, using your skills to establish and grow a branch backed by the support of our successful Ohio office.
What You’ll Do:
Run the day-to-day operations of our Florida home care agency. Foster a team that delivers high-quality, compassionate care. Ensure state licensing and compliance standards are met with ease. Act as a point of contact for clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth care coordination. Team up with our Ohio office to align goals and share best practices.
Qualifications:
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in Florida. Leadership ability to inspire and guide a team. Knowledge of home care standards is ideal (but we’re happy to support your growth if you’re new to this). Great communication and interpersonal skills. Why This Role?
