Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our dedicated Women’s Health team. This role is primarily based in Davenport, FL , with travel to nearby clinic locations including Wauchula, Lakeland, and Avon Park . The APRN will provide comprehensive outpatient women’s health services including preventive care, prenatal/postnatal care, and management of both acute and chronic conditions . This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, comfortable working autonomously, and passionate about women’s health. Women’s Health Board Certification (WHNP-BC) or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) credential is required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation:
Up to $120,000 based on experience
New Grad Starting Pay:
$90,000, with a $5,000 increase at 6 months
Student Loan Repayment:
Up to $75,000 through NHSC for a two-year commitment
PSLF Eligible :
Public Service Loan Forgiveness after 120 qualifying payments
Relocation Assistance:

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited APRN or CNM program Board Certified in Women’s Health (WHNP-BC) or CNM required Minimum of 1 year practicing as an NP or CNM ( 3+ years preferred ) Clear and active Florida APRN license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date) National certification (ANCC and/or AANP) BLS Certification Strong EMR proficiency and documentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-scope women’s health care in an outpatient setting Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, develop treatment plans Prescribe medications and order labs, imaging, and other diagnostics Review and document findings using SOAP notes and EMR systems Ensure accurate coding and billing based on documented services Provide patient education, health counseling, and coordinate referrals Collaborate with nursing staff, referral clerks, and other care providers Participate in outreach initiatives and clinical collaborations Maintain compliance with OSHA and universal precautions May assist in precepting students and mentoring staff Participate in weekend or off-hours coverage as assigned Apply Today!
