Available case-by-case Position Summary We are seeking a collaborative, experienced leader to oversee the operations and quality of care within our Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology (Cath/EP) Lab . This leadership role ensures 24-hour responsibility and accountability for clinical practice standards, patient outcomes, resource utilization, and team performance in a 99-bed acute care hospital. Key Responsibilities Provide operational and clinical leadership for Cath/EP services Ensure staffing, training, and development of a competent, high-performing team Manage departmental resources, including space, equipment, supplies, and budget Drive process improvements and standardization of protocols and procedures Foster interdisciplinary collaboration across departments, physicians, and support services Coach, mentor, and conduct regular performance reviews for direct reports Maintain compliance with regulatory and hospital-specific standards of care Support physician satisfaction and partnership through proactive communication and service Team & Facility Overview 2 Cath lab suites 7 direct reports (4 RNs, 3 Techs) Team shares rotating on-call responsibilities Reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)

• Required Bachelor’s degree
• Required One of the following active credentials

• Required :

  Registered Nurse (RN) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) State-registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) 2-3 years of recent leadership experience in a Cath or EP Lab in an acute hospital setting
