Cardioloy Rounding Nurse Position Available In Sarasota, Florida

Cardioloy Rounding Nurse Intercoastal Medical Group Sarasota, FL 34232 Intercoastal Medical Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Cardiology Rounding Nurse position. The RN is responsible for rounding on patients in designated local hospitals (includes patient assessment and documentation); providing a clinical report to the assigned Cardiologist regarding patient status; may round 1:1 with Cardiologist or independently; work in the Cardiology office on designated days under the supervision of the physician – duties may include (but not limited to) patient care during office visits, perform EKGs, assist with holter monitors, triage clinical messages, manage prescription requests, enter orders, schedule hospital procedures or office appointments, and provide patient education related to procedures and/or prescriptions. Salary will commensurate with experience & education.

Requirements:

• Current Florida Registered Nurse Licensure
• AS or BS Degree in Nursing
• Current ACLS Certification
• Current RN Experience
• Cardiology Experience preferred
• Hospital Experience a plus
• Strong Computer Skills
• Basic Knowledge of HIPAA
