Home Infusion Nurse Coordinator – Sarasota Prosper Infusion Sarasota, FL 34236 Company Description Prosper Infusion is an independent, high-growth specialty infusion pharmacy that is looking to redefine the way patients with rare disease receive home infusions. Role Description This role is located at our Sarasota FL satellite location. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing patient infusion therapy in a home setting and working with our team of pharmacists and nurses. You will also handle patient inquiries, schedule home infusions, maintain accurate medical records, verify insurance benefits, and collaborate with insurance companies. Qualifications 2+ years of experience with patient coordination or care coordination 1+ years of experience with infusion therapy and proven success in a home health setting is preferred but not required Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred but not required Knowledge of infusion treatment guidelines, insurance billing, and reimbursement requirements Spanish speaking a plus Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them appropriately Experience with patient intake software and ability to learn new software solutions Experience with specialty drugs is a plus Passion for helping patients, along with a positive and professional attitude
