Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting Perform tracheostomy and ventilator management Monitor and document the patient’s health status Collaborate with family and clinical team to ensure quality care ?
Requirements:
Active LPN or RN license in good standing (Florida) Experience required with: Tracheostomy care Ventilator management Pediatric or home health experience preferred

NurseCore Qualifications:
Current unencumbered LPN/RN license in the state of Florida
Minimum one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areas
In compliance with state and Federal regulations
CPR
Valid AHCA/ level two background screening
