• Professional Objectives:

• Victoria Edward Spa is seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner to deliver safe, effective, and aesthetically pleasing injectable treatments and skincare procedures that ensure an exceptional MedSpa experience.

Nurse Practitioners must uphold a professional image, demonstrate mastery of treatment techniques and product knowledge, and continuously invest in self-education for growth and excellence in aesthetic medicine.

• Activities and Responsibilities:

• Perform injectables (Botox, fillers), laser treatments, IPL, skin tightening, microneedling, weight loss management, and other aesthetic procedures in accordance with clinic protocols and standards.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all MedSpa treatments and products offered.
• Practice all treatment protocols and rituals with precision and care.
• Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience to clients, fostering trust and repeat business.
• Collaborate cooperatively with team members to ensure seamless guest service.
• Uphold a professional image through appropriate dress, grooming, language, and behavior.
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and visual presentation of treatment areas.
• Actively build and retain a loyal client base through excellent service and follow-up.
• Keep treatment areas organized, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Support marketing efforts and participate in special events and promotions.
• Complete daily cleaning checklists and adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding sanitation, safety, and patient care.
• Maintain a consistent work schedule, demonstrating strong work ethics and professionalism.
• Uphold a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.

• Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) License
• Proven experience with injectables, laser treatments, IPL, skin tightening, microneedling, and weight management procedures
• Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to educate clients on treatments and aftercare
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus

• Summary:

• As an Aesthetic Nurse Injector, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality aesthetic care within our MedSpa.

Reporting to the Clinic Manager, your expertise in patient assessment, injection techniques, and skincare treatments will enhance client satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships. Your professionalism, technical skills, and commitment to education will ensure the highest standards of safety and results in our dynamic practice.
