$33.23 to $48.57 Hourly(on the basis of years of experience)

Shift Differentials:

$4.50/hrnights; $1.50/hr weekends

We are seeking a dynamicICU RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN toprovide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequentassessments. In this role you will be required to make clinicalassessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. Youwould be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support eachother while providing excellent care to our patients in acollaborative mannerWhat you will do in this role: Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health orsituation Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinaryteam Use clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safelyand effectively Monitor critical vital signs enabling intervention oflife-threatening situations Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure andtreatments, providing patients and their families with supportthroughout their stay.

Job Requirements:

1+ years of Recent ICU RN experience in acute careRequired Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN licenserequired. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain theFlorida license after relocation. Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree, BSN ispreferred NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employmentstart Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtainedwithin 30 days of start American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card requiredwithin 6 months of employment start date PALS Pediatric Adv Life Support, or PALS Instructor must beobtained within 6 months of employment start date
