20% In this role you will:

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health orsituation
• Advocate for patients as part of theinterdisciplinary team
• Use clinical judgment to manage deliveryof patient care safely and effectively
• Monitor critical vitalsigns enabling intervention of life-threatening situations
• Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure andtreatments, providing patients and their families with supportthroughout their stay.

What qualifications you will need:

• 1years of Recent ICU RN experience in acute care Required
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required.

Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida licenseafter relocation.

• Registered Nurse Diploma, or AssociateDegree, BSN is preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtainedwithin 30 days of employment start
• Basic Cardiac Life Support,or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of start
• American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card requiredwithin 6 months of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric AdvLife Support, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 6 monthsof employment start date
