These full-time, 13-week assignments offer competitive weekly pay, consistent scheduling, and support from a team that understands hospice nursing.
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, hospice care to patients in their homes or facilities Perform pain and symptom management, medication administration, and emotional support Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including physicians & social workers Educate and support family members and caregivers Maintain timely and accurate documentation using the agency’s EMR Uphold hospice philosophy and ensure dignity, comfort, and quality of life for patients
Available Locations:
West Palm Beach Ocala Land O Lakes Requirements:
Active RN license in Florida or Compact licensure At least 1 year of recent Hospice experience Strong interpersonal and emotional support skills BLS certification Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
