  Monday – Friday, 7a-7p We’re seeking to hire a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated in-home care for a 16-year-old client with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy, ventilator support, and seizure precautions. As a valued member of our pediatric care team, you will provide one-on-one nursing care in a supportive home environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the client’s medical and personal needs are met with professionalism and empathy. Patient Needs:

Ventilator & trach careOngoing support and monitoring 

Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care per the established care planPerform and monitor tracheostomy care and ventilator managementImplement and adhere to seizure precautions, including timely interventions and documentationMonitor respiratory status, neurological status, and overall well-beingDocument all care accurately and in a timely mannerCollaborate with the family and healthcare team to provide consistent, high-quality careSupport the client with activities of daily living as appropriateMaintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment

Qualifications:
