Nursing Full Job Description Important:

This position is based in Arizona and requires relocation for the length of the travel contract

Description The RN delivers comprehensive, patient-centered care by assessing physical, psychological, social, and developmental needs; developing and implementing individualized care plans; evaluating outcomes; and documenting all aspects of nursing practice in line with organizational policies and professional standards

Requirements:

Active RN license and current BLS certification Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in an acute-care specialty (e.g., med-surg, ICU, step-down) Demonstrated ability to apply professional nursing practice frameworks and critical judgment Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems Requires 2 years’ RN experience with recent experience in the specialty you are applying for.
