Description:

Gifted Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week travel contract in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) in Milwaukee, WI. The RN will provide critical care for adult patients in a high-acuity setting, demonstrating expertise in trauma and surgical ICU care. This position requires strong clinical skills in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, as well as a commitment to providing excellent outcomes for critically ill patients.

Requirements:

Associate’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Current Wisconsin RN License or Multi-state Nursing License from an NLC state. NIHSS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required. BLS certification (AHA Healthcare Provider) required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in SICU/Trauma care required. Must pass Basic Rhythm Interpretation (BRI) with 85% or higher within the first week of assignment. Previous travel nursing experience preferred. Ability to float between units as needed.
