You will be paid per assessment. Our clientele are primarily the elderly and, so one will need to be compassionate, thoughtful and understanding in this field. Time management skills are essential as well as the ability to oversee CNA’s, LPNs, and PCA’s. It is important to take your time, listen and pay attention to meet the client’s needs. If you enjoy working outside of a clinical setting and having a flexible schedule, please submit your resume. This position is strictly PRN. The responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to: assess clients condition, and chart the observations write up evaluation tasks, take vital signs and perform medication reviews make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the client’s quality of life keep clients files updated in coordination with State regulations keep client care logs updated in coordination with State regulations conduct education/skills classes for new hire caregiver’s and yearly performance evaluations Educational requirements are: 2+ years in home health highly preferable One must also provide the following documents: Current Georgia RN License Current TB Test Current driver’s license Current Car Insurance Current CPR and First Aid We are located at 300 Mulberry Street, Macon
