Benefits mayvary based on position type and/or level /n Job Summary /n TheRegistered Nurse on Unit is a key player in patient caremanagement, following our nursing practice model. They work withother health care staff to deliver patient care effectively. OurRegistered Nurses use the nursing process efficiently. Theydiagnose patient responses to health issues and create care plansaccordingly. It includes evaluating healthcare needs and responses./n Essential Functions of the Role /n /n

• Prioritize needs.

Create, implement, and assess care plan to achieve outcomes. Adaptplan as necessary. /n

• Observe indicators closely, supportevidence-based changes with research and hands-on learning. /n
• Create a caring, safe environment for patients, families, andstaff. /n
• Build relationships with boundaries in mind. Focus onmanaging emotional and physical pain to promote healing and reducesuffering. /n
• Facilitate learning for all members of thehealthcare team, including patients, families, and nursing staff,ensuring everyone is well-informed. /n

• Possessing critical thinking and problem-solvingskills is crucial. /n
• Capability to identify and report changesin patient conditions, develop, and modify patient care plans asrequired. /n
• Basic computer skills necessary for day-to-dayassignments.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited course or have atleast 2 years of experience surpassing the minimal qualificationrequired.

• Field of Study:

  The applicable major should be nursing

• A minimum of 2 years in a relevant role is expected.

• Certification:

  Hold a BLS certificate now or obtain within 30 daysof starting in this role.
