Aesthetic Nurse Injector (PA or NP) Park Aesthetics Savannah, GA 31406 SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Injector (PA or NP) to join the provider team at Park Aesthetics. This role is ideal for someone with a refined aesthetic eye and at least two years of injectable experience in Botox and dermal fillers. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional results, educating patients, and maintaining our gold standard of care and luxury. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of revenue generation, thrives in a high-performance environment, and enjoys working collaboratively with clinical and content teams. EDUCATION + QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active or eligible Georgia state license Must meet Georgia delegation and supervision requirements
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years of full-time injecting experience Demonstrated revenue generation and patient retention Proficiency in facial balancing, Botox, dermal fillers Laser experience is a strong plus
SKILLS + COMPETENCIES
Advanced aesthetic anatomy knowledge High-level injector technique + product knowledge Strong clinical documentation + EMR fluency (Boulevard experience preferred) Ability to create compelling before/after photos and social media content Confident, warm bedside manner Calm under pressure, quick problem-solving, collaborative spirit
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PATIENT EXPERIENCE & INJECTABLE EXPERTISE
Conduct consultations with precision and empathy Create treatment plans aligned with patient goals and Park’s standards Perform injectable treatments with consistency, safety, and artistry Capture and document before/after images Deliver clear, thorough pre- and post-care education Maintain meticulous, HIPAA-compliant records in EMR Monitor and follow up on patient satisfaction and outcomes
TEAMWORK & CLINICAL FLOW
Collaborate with medical assistants and front desk to maintain seamless treatment room readiness and scheduling Supervise support team and delegate appropriately per GA regulations Proactively communicate with leadership regarding patient needs, delays, or clinical concerns
CONTENT & BRAND ENGAGEMENT
Participate in occasional content creation (Instagram stories, reels, patient features) Align visuals and messaging with Park’s brand standards Support growth of personal brand within Park’s marketing strategy
