The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings, including hospice palliative medicine, pain management, memory care, assisted living, IV infusion, trauma medicine, and medical imaging. Responsibilities Provide compassionate care and support to patients with psychiatric disorders Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers Monitor patients’ mental health status and report any changes or concerns Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions and treatment options Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations Experience Previous experience in a Level I Trauma Center or trauma medicine is preferred Familiarity with ambulatory surgery center operations is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Current RN license with psychiatric certification
