$ 52 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Critical Care to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and comfort while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Your expertise in acute care and critical care settings will be essential in delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Duties Assess and monitor patients’ conditions, including vital signs and symptoms, to ensure timely interventions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including intravenous therapies and tube feeding. Perform advanced nursing procedures such as airway management, suture placement, and ostomy care. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options, recovery processes, and behavioral health considerations. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in critical care rounds and contribute to the development of best practices within the unit. Experience Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Previous experience in critical care or acute care settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical office procedures, and behavioral health principles. Proficiency in managing complex medical equipment related to critical care. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
