Registerednurse Minimum Requirements:

RN License or currently have Compact License 1+ year of Acute Care experience (preferred) Must have

ICU, PCU, LTAC, TCU

(stepdown) experience (preferred) BLS and ACLS certification required within 60 days of employment Ability to assess patients quickly during emergency situations in stressful environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Superior analytical and critical thinking skills Team, detail, and goal-oriented Positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor
