Nursing Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient’s vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the delivery of quality patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Assist with procedures and surgeries as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Adhere to infection control policies and protocols
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [Location]
